Its called clickbait, every new council has to ask the community to release the funds to operate, this is whats happening. Nothing new, but in this market just more visits to the news site

@thanhnem I know cases when someone converted his account and add exchange address as a cosigner. Exchange of course refuse to remove his account as a cosigner because this require special procedure and can expose they private key.So if they don't have functionality for that they will not agree mosaics.
